We map the manual work inside your operation, automate it with Power Automate, Excel and AI-driven workflows, and measure the hours it gives back.
- Invoices, reports and approvals that run themselves
- Built inside the tools you already pay for
- Hours and error rate measured before and after
Formation, EIN, ITIN through an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent, the company and personal returns, and the bookkeeping underneath them.
Quote your caseVetted remote professionals, full time, by deliverable, by the hour or by project. They stay on our payroll, not on yours.
We turn scattered spreadsheets and systems into Power BI dashboards your team actually uses to make decisions.
- One source everyone reads from
- Dashboards built around decisions, not every metric
- Refreshed on their own, not rebuilt on Mondays
From the first call to the payment.
No fine print. This is the whole process of working with us, so you know what to expect at each step before you start.
Eleven steps, in this order.
First conversation
A discovery call, at no cost. You tell us the problem, the process or the role you need. We come out of it knowing whether we can help — and we tell you even when the answer is no.
Scope and proposal
We put in writing what we would do, with which role or model, in what time and at what cost. If we see a cheaper way to solve it, it goes in the proposal even if it bills us less.
Documentation
We collect what is needed to formalize: your company details, billing information and, where it applies, the owner’s identity documents. We tell you exactly what is required; you do not discover it along the way.
MSA — Master agreement
Signed once and covering the whole relationship: confidentiality, ownership of what we deliver, responsibilities and non-solicitation of staff. It sets no prices and obliges you to buy nothing.
SOW — Statement of work
One per service or role. It defines scope, deliverables, level, engagement model, duration, rate and billing cycle. If the scope changes, a new one is signed: there are never surprises on the invoice.
Initial deposit
Paid on signing the SOW, and it starts the work. It is credited against the first invoice, not an extra cost. The amount is agreed in each SOW according to the scope.
Kick-off
Access, tools and team onboarding. If it is a dedicated role, we introduce them and they join your routines. We keep the employment contract: they never go on your payroll.
Service and records
Work under way, with a contact on our side who answers for the delivery. Depending on the model, you approve timesheets or accept deliverables. There is always a record before we invoice.
Invoicing
On the cycle agreed in the SOW, and always against approved hours or accepted deliverables. We invoice from our U.S. LLC, so your accounting treats us as a domestic vendor.
Payment
By wire transfer, on the terms the SOW sets. The invoice arrives itemized, not as a lump sum with no breakdown.
Review
Regular check-in meetings. If something is not working — the person, the pace, the model — we adjust it. Switching models does not mean starting over, only a new SOW.
MSA and SOW, in plain language.
This is the usual structure in U.S. professional services. If you have not used it before, the logic is simple: one document defines how we work together, the other defines what we do and what it costs.
- Confidentiality of your information
- Ownership of what we deliver is yours
- The responsibilities of each party
- Non-solicitation of staff
- Governing law and dispute resolution
- It does not set prices or oblige you to buy
- Specific scope and deliverables
- The role and level assigned
- Model: dedicated, package, hourly or project
- Duration and dates
- Rate and billing cycle
- Initial deposit, where it applies
If the scope changes halfway through, a new SOW or an addendum is signed. Nothing appears on an invoice that you have not signed for first.
What people ask before signing.
Does the MSA oblige me to buy anything?
What if the person is not the right fit?
Can I switch models partway through?
Can I end it early?
Do you invoice from the United States?
How long do rates take to confirm?
The first step is a call, not a contract.
No commitment and no cost. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on that same call.
