Global Talent · Data Analysis

From the spreadsheet nobody trusts to a number you can decide on.

Analysts who clean, model and report, so you stop arguing about whose file is the right one.

What this person does

The work, specifically.

  • Cleaning and consolidationJoining sources that do not talk to each other and leaving one valid version.
  • Power BI dashboardsBuilt around specific decisions, not around every possible metric.
  • Report automationIt refreshes itself instead of being rebuilt every Monday.
  • One-off analysisAnswering one specific business question with the data that exists.
  • Model documentationSo your team can extend it without depending on whoever built it.
What to expect at each level

Junior or senior is not only about price.

It is how much judgment they bring and how much supervision they need from you. Hiring senior for execution work is expensive; hiring junior for judgment work is more expensive still.

Junior
  • Prepares and cleans the data
  • Builds views on a model someone else defined
  • Runs the analysis they are asked for
  • Delivers the figure; someone else interprets it
Senior
  • Designs the full data model
  • Reframes the question when it is the wrong question
  • Spots that the problem is in the process, not in the report
  • Delivers a conclusion and a recommendation, not just the chart
How to engage them

Engagement models that fit this role.

Option 01

Per project

Defined scope, fixed price and a date.

Option 02

Dedicated person

Full-time or part-time, assigned to you.

Option 03

Hourly

An agreed rate with a monthly cap you control.

Our recommendation: Per project to build the dashboard, then occasional hours to maintain and extend it.

What we need from you

So it starts well.

  • Read access to the source systems
  • The business question you want answered
  • Someone who can confirm whether the number makes sense
How it works in practice

From signature to payment.

We use the standard U.S. professional services structure: a master agreement signed once, and a work order for each role or project.

01

MSA — Master agreement

Signed once and covering the whole relationship: confidentiality, ownership of the work delivered, responsibilities and a non-solicitation clause. It sets no prices.

02

SOW — Statement of work

One per role or project. It defines scope, level, engagement model, duration, rate and billing cycle. If the scope changes, a new one is signed.

03

Kick-off

Access, tools and onboarding. We hold the contract with the professional: they stay on our payroll, not yours.

04

Work and records

Depending on the model: timesheets you approve, or deliverables you accept. Either way there is a record of what was done before anything is invoiced.

05

Invoicing

On the cycle agreed in the SOW, and always against approved hours or accepted deliverables. Never in advance of the work.

06

Payment

Wire transfer to our U.S. entity. Because we are a registered U.S. LLC, your accounting treats us as a domestic vendor.

Rates, billing cycle and payment terms are agreed in each SOW according to the role and the volume. You get them in writing before you sign anything.

Is this the role you need?

Tell us the actual work and we will tell you which level fits and which model costs you less.
